What a fine day. Weather, weekend plans up and running which I need to
talk to you about and TANGO.
Wish you can all make it for our usual 8:30
to 9:30 beginner session at 312 E51st apt #4. -
$15 per person $25 per couple.
We will review the basic step, breaking down its element and learn how
to recompose then in different ways. Finishing the lesson
with ochos and boleos.
Don't forget your slippery shoes and you enthusiasm.!

real dance floor, so dress a bit formal, ok?

Hola a Todos!
I hope
you have realized that today is your Tango night. I wish to apologize
for this late reminder, but let me tell you, yesterday I was completely
swamped. Therefore a tango class will do all of us so well. The distraction
of that dance is just so pleasant, the more you progress the more true
you feel it.
Please let me know soon if you can make it, as I think we are going to
be a full crew: Hurray with Michail too!

Hello my
friends,
Otra, otra... We have
had our free kick off class, last Thursday with Yesim,
Turgut, and my friend Sandrine, all began at that time.
Myrto is still ahead, Michael had his first
one to catch up early on Sat night before joining me and, listen to that:
inviting first met Ewa on the real Dance floor.
Congratulation, Michael, chin up!
For this week, the meeting is at 8:30
pm again, or a bit earlier if you
want to refresh from work and practice to remember what you know. Fifteen
per person and twenty five per couple is worth our setting and little
group, where I can give you maximum attention.

NYC - Tango plans |
Besides to keep in mind, here is a quick overview of the places in town,
I could be there with friends already, call me if you want to meet up because
I won't go to all of course. By order of preference:.
- Sunday 6pm to 9pm on seaport pear 16, outdoor (risk not to happen) literally on the shore, cafe and dinner places right
on the deck. lovely spacious and very popular.
Others are best from 10pm to 1am:
- Wednesday Empire Dance, 127W 25th st. Eleventh
floor. Spacious, little very comfortable lounge and bar,
floor superb.
- Thursday La National 14st and 7th ave. Traditional argentine less young more typical. Very respectful of the dancing rules and rather fancy
- Monday Dance Manhattan,
very spacious, rather tango only free soda, and snacks, floor and music
nice.
- Friday La belle époque, Broad way and 14st,
very touristy, bad floor, but with orchestra.
